Enjoy our quarter pound Brilliant Burgers in a fresh bun with lettuce, tomatoes and pickles, or other fresh vegetables. Go creative and serve as an entrée on a fresh bed of barley pilaf, or more traditional mashed potatoes or rice. Or, enjoy the Brilliant Burger all by itself, hot and juicy  off the grill or frying pan.

Water, soy protein, wheat gluten, soy oil, grated beets, whole wheat flour, natural flavors, methylcellulose, chia seeds, citrus fiber, potato fiber, bamboo fiber, dried onion, garlic, salt, beet juice concentrate, paprika (color)

How to prepare

On the barbeque or flat top grill

Grill 5-7 minutes on each side.

In a frying pan

Fry on a low heat 5-7 minutes on each side

In the oven

Broil at 400°F for 5-7 minutes on each side.

Fully cooked when internal temperature is 165°F.

Our juicy plant based kebabs are rich in the flavors and aromas of herbs and garlics. Enjoy as an entrée on a bed of rice together with a salad, or, in pita bread with hummus, tahini sauce, and all the vegetables that you can stuff in.  

You can also just eat it off the grill or the frying pan by itself!

Similar to meat in texture, our seitan shawarma with its aromatic spices, is the perfect choice for anyone who loves shawarma but doesn’t want to eat meat. Eat it traditionally in warmed pita bread, or as an entrée with rice and vegetables.

Water, seitan (wheat gluten), canola oil, salt, spices

How to Prepare?

In a frying pan

In a lightly oiled frying pan, mix the shawarma until all pieces are gently browned, approximately 3-5 minutes.

In the microwave

Microwave at medium heat until the shawarma is totally cooked.

In the oven

Broil the shawarma under the grill at 375°F for about five minutes, or until lightly browned.

Fully cooked when internal temperature is 165°F.
